In my view Steve is a very professional, attentive, communicative and knowledgeable
sales person, who has a deep appreciation and understanding of the motor industry.
From my dealings with Steve I believe that he genuinely enjoyed working at Rolfe
Mazda.
When I met Steve at Rolfe Mazda, I immediately felt that Steve was very interested in
understanding my requirements and the possible need for a new vehicle. This helped
me to work through the options and think about whether or not I should purchase a new
motor vehicle and also the type of motor vehicle that was best suited to my needs.
In the past I've found the process of purchasing new vehicles hasn't been enjoyable.
Furthermore, my experience has been that the sales process dominated to ensure
another vehicle goes out the door. However, on this occasion, thanks to Steve, I've
discovered that purchasing a motor vehicle can be a rewarding and very satisfying
experience.
In my view Steve is the most professional and helpful car sales person that I have ever
met or dealt with the motor industry. In my 55 years I have purchased a lot of new
motor vehicles.
Whilst I have not had a lot of exposure to Rolfe Mazda, I strongly suspect that your
organisation has developed a culture that supports and encourages excellence in
customer service.
Clearly, I am now a very satisfied customer of Rolfe Motors and will recommend Steve
and Rolfe to people who are looking to purchase a vehicle.

I would like to share with you my recent experience in purchasing a new vehicle from Rolfe Mazda, and would especially like to note the exceptional service I received from one of your sales executives Joel Wilson. Initially I called into your car yard approximately two months ago with no intent to upgrade my car, and it was then that I met with Joel Wilson.
He immediately demonstrated to me a desire and responsibility to perform at the highest standards and to uphold utmost integrity and to credibly engage and deliver excellent sales outcomes. This impressed me so much that when the time did arise a few months later that I returned back to Rolfe Mazda to see Joel. He very successfully analysed my needs.
As an outcome from his efforts to really listen to what I was hoping to achieve, he was able to provide a good outcome for both parties. I am knowledgeable that effective communication has strong relevance in any sales role, particularly in such a competitive commercial market.
Clearly Joel's greatest strength is a willingness and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others, and he shows motivation to strive to exceed customer expectations. His standard in personal behaviours and outcomes went well beyond my expectations.
Finally, I hope that your organisation realises what an asset it has by having an employee who is providing both fine reputation by service as well as good word of mouth by demonstrating such a strong ability to develop lasting client relations with ease.
Congratulations to Joel for being skilled at identifying and exploiting the most appropriate and efficient resources for the discovery of information which leads to successful business opportunities.

Hi Brendan,
I am a new Mazda customer (bought a CX -7 last January). Before that I have been too
frustrated with the level of service I got from one of the dealers in the Belconnen area
(I am not naming names!). Anyway, we were lucky enough to have dealt with Alex Swalling
who provided unparalleled customer service from the time we called for a test drive
booking up to the day our car was delivered. I have mentioned this in the survey form I
completed after the purchase.
Last week, I accidentally swiped my car against a concrete pillar and called Mazda service
center to see if anything can be done. I was attended to by David Perry, who provided
assistance but inform us that unfortunately Mazda cannot fix the problem. That day, Alex
came out of the comfort of his office to say hi to me and my wife, a practice he always do
whenever we come over. He assessed the problem and suggested the right person who could
do the job. He even let us into his office while he work the phone to book us with
Prestige Automotive to get our car repaired. We got the car today and it looks as new and
we never felt that we paid too much for the work. All thanks to Alex recommendations.
I would like to thank Mazda for having such a wonderful employee. It really makes one ' s
day when people go above and beyond to make customers happy.
I will definitely recommend your dealership to friends who may want to get a Mazda .
